The Renewed Hope Grassroots Movement has extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Peter Pereotubo Akpe on his inauguration as the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, describing his elevation as a testament to competence, loyalty, and proven service to the state.

In a congratulatory message signed by the Deputy National Secretary of the support group, Dr. Steven Bulo Izontimi, T-RHGM lauded Governor Douye Diri for his wisdom and foresight in selecting Dr. Akpe as his deputy, noting that the choice reflects a deep commitment to good governance, stability, and the continuity of progress in the state.

According to the statement, the movement expressed confidence that Dr. Akpe’s wealth of experience as a seasoned legislator and administrator will further strengthen the Diri administration’s resolve to deliver sustainable development and inclusive leadership across Bayelsa.
