Chelsea forward Cole Palmer has etched his name into Premier League history, becoming the first player ever to score three first-half hat-tricks in the English top flight.
Palmer achieved the historic milestone during Chelsea’s 3–1 Premier League victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux, scoring all three goals before half-time to put the Blues firmly in control of the match.
According to a statement published on Chelsea’s official website on Saturday, the England international’s performance against Wolves marked his third first-half hat-trick in the Premier League, following similar feats against Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion earlier in the season.
“With this achievement, Palmer is now the only player in Premier League history to score three hat-tricks in the first half of matches, with the previous two coming against Everton and Brighton,” Chelsea said.
The club added that the remarkable feat further cements Palmer’s place in both Chelsea and Premier League record books.
Palmer’s latest treble highlights his growing influence at Stamford Bridge and reinforces his reputation as one of the most clinical and decisive attackers in the Premier League this season.
His goals against Wolves also contributed to Chelsea’s strong league form, as the Blues continue their push up the Premier League table.
Since joining Chelsea, Palmer has consistently delivered match-winning performances, and this latest record further underlines his rapid rise to elite status in English football.
