“Olatorera Is a Lover Girl” — Sanni on Her Character
According to Sanni, Olatorera remains one of the emotional anchors of the story.
“Olatorera is a lover girl and she never learns. No slacking and no dulling. I’m a lover girl in real life too; that’s me,” she said with a laugh.
She added that viewers will see Olatorera as both romantic and ambitious, much like her on-screen mother, Awarun.
Learning Portuguese for Aníkúlápó Season 2
One of the biggest challenges for the actress this season was learning Portuguese, which she admitted was initially intimidating.
“When Uncle Kunle asked if I could speak Portuguese, I said no, though I could speak a bit of Spanish,” she explained. “I had to download an app and really put in the work to learn the language.”
She said the effort paid off, noting that fans have responded positively to her performance.

She also expressed interest in working with top filmmakers such as Funke Akindele and Kemi Adetiba, while expanding her projects to bigger screens.
“I am very particular about the stories I tell,” she added. “They must be fascinating.”
