National News – Social media comedian Carter Efe defeated street-pop artiste Portable in a celebrity boxing match held on Friday night, May 1, 2026, at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The bout, part of the “Chaos in the Ring 4” event, saw Efe dominate across three rounds to win by unanimous decision, ending Portable’s unbeaten run in celebrity boxing.

Before the match, Portable had expressed confidence, boasting about his previous wins against Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington and aiming for a third title.

However, his aggressive but erratic fighting style worked against him. Despite throwing multiple wild punches, he struggled to land clean hits.

Efe, on the other hand, maintained composure throughout the fight. In the opening round, he absorbed pressure and responded with precise counterattacks, including sharp uppercuts and effective body shots.
