The global record body confirmed her latest achievement in January, marking yet another milestone in her remarkable culinary journey.

In a heartfelt video shared on Instagram on Friday, Hilda Baci reflected on the emotional weight of receiving her third plaque.

“Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it,” she wrote.

She described the unboxing experience as deeply moving, saying it brought back memories of the nerves, faith, sacrifice, and prayers that accompanied her journey.

“I don’t take this lightly. I don’t get used to it. I’m just deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me from the very first ‘let’s try’ to this third ‘officially amazing,’” she added.

Hilda Baci’s latest Guinness World Record came in partnership with Gino Nigeria. The achievement recognised her for preparing the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice in 2025, which also earned the title for the largest serving of rice overall.
