National News – The Accord Party has announced nomination and expression of interest fees for governorship aspirants ahead of the 2027 general elections in Nigeria, following a National Executive Council (NEC) meeting held in Abuja on Wednesday, April 17, 2026.
The announcement was made by Lagos State Chairman, Dele Oladeji.
The party stated that the decision covers key pre-election arrangements including nomination fees, primary election dates, and the mode of primaries.
Under the approved structure, governorship aspirants will pay N10 million for nomination forms and N5 million for expression of interest forms.
Senate aspirants will pay N5 million and N2.5 million respectively, while House of Representatives candidates are fixed at N3.5 million and N1.5 million.
State House of Assembly aspirants will pay N1 million and N500,000.
The party also warned that its electoral window closes on April 25, while membership registration and form purchases end on April 26, ahead of primaries scheduled for May 21.
