National News – The 11th edition of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) will premiere today, Sunday, July 26, with millions of viewers expected to tune in for the launch of one of Africa’s biggest reality television shows.
The new season, themed “Everything Is For The Taking,” is expected to deliver 10 weeks of entertainment, drama, strategic alliances and intense competition as a new set of housemates battle for the biggest prize in the show’s history.
Organisers have announced a record ₦160 million grand prize, comprising ₦100 million in cash and a brand-new SUV.
As in previous seasons, the identities of the contestants have been kept under wraps ahead of the opening show, heightening anticipation among fans eager to see the new housemates.
Popular media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu returns as host, continuing his long-running role as the face of the reality show. His launch-night fashion has also become a major attraction for viewers over the years.

The BBNaija Season 11 premiere begins at 7:00 p.m. (WAT) today.
Viewers can watch the launch live on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv Channel 151) and Africa Magic Family (DStv Channel 154 and GOtv Channel 7).
Fans can also stream the show through the DStv Stream and GOtv Stream apps on compatible smartphones, tablets and smart TVs.
Following the premiere, a 24-hour live broadcast from the Big Brother house will be available on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 49, allowing fans to follow every moment of the competition throughout the season.
