National News – The Niger Delta Ex-Agitators Forum has congratulated Triple Chief Benjamin Ekeremor, popularly known as Ogungbenwei of Izon-ebe, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a peace advocate and development icon whose contributions have positively transformed lives across the Niger Delta.

Convener of the Forum, Self-styled General Emma Satu, in a congratulatory message, praised Chief Ekeremor for his commitment to human capital development and community advancement, noting that he has exceeded expectations through numerous life-impacting initiatives.

According to Satu, Chief Ekeremor has empowered men, women, and youths across communities, while also investing heavily in infrastructure and social development projects using his personal resources despite not holding any government position.

He revealed that the celebrant developed a comprehensive master plan for Okosu-Ama Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State and personally funded key developmental projects, including the purchase of dredgers to build the community.

The Forum further noted that Chief Ekeremor also constructed schools and healthcare facilities, provided 24-hour electricity supply, and installed pipe-borne water systems to improve the living conditions of residents.

Satu added that the philanthropist has also built houses for community members, donated vehicles, and created employment opportunities, including engaging over 100 persons currently responsible for sanitation services within the community, all funded from his personal purse.

He described Chief Ekeremor’s efforts as unprecedented, stating that his contributions have surpassed what government authorities at both state and local levels have been able to provide for the people.

“Triple Chief Benjamin Ekeremor is a man who has demonstrated genuine love for his people, as Niger Delta people, we are happy to identify with him.”

“I am celebrating him, not just because he’s my blood and Tompolo’s number one boy who is very loyal and committed to the visions of the GOC, but because his investments in peace, empowerment, and infrastructure have brought hope and development to Okosu-Ama and beyond,” Satu stated.

He further called on the Ijaw nation and other well-meaning Nigerians to celebrate and emulate the humanitarian and developmental strides of the Ogungbenwei of Izon-ebe.

While wishing him long life and continued prosperity, the Niger Delta Ex-Agitators Forum commended Chief Ekeremor for his commitment to peacebuilding, community development, and selfless service to humanity.
