National News – Popular Nigerian content creators Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth, popularly called Jarvis, have released their official pre-wedding photographs ahead of their wedding scheduled for August 1, 2026.
The couple shared the images in a joint Instagram post on Wednesday, expressing excitement as they count down to their big day.
Describing the photographs as special memories before their wedding, the duo wrote: “These are more than just pictures, they’re memories before the big day. Our hearts are full, our smiles are real, and we’re counting down to forever. See you at the wedding.”
The post attracted thousands of congratulatory messages from fans, fellow content creators and celebrities across social media.
The release of the photographs comes amid public discussions over the pricing of the couple’s traditional wedding attire (Aso Ebi).
Earlier, Peller announced during a live stream that four yards of the wedding fabric would cost ₦350,000, eight yards ₦700,000, while 12 yards would sell for ₦1 million.
The announcement sparked mixed reactions, with some Nigerians describing the prices as expensive, while others argued that purchasing Aso Ebi is optional and common at high-profile celebrity weddings.
Responding to the criticism, Peller clarified that buying the fabric is not compulsory but intended for guests who choose to support the couple.
The wedding preparations also follow recent comments by Jarvis addressing speculation that their relationship was staged for publicity.
Speaking on The Honest Bunch podcast, she maintained that their relationship is founded on faith, trust and clearly defined boundaries.
According to her, the couple pray together and remain committed to each other, insisting there is no reason for infidelity in their relationship.
Peller and Jarvis are among Nigeria’s most influential digital creators. Jarvis rose to prominence through her AI-inspired humanoid comedy skits, while Peller built a massive following with his energetic live-streaming sessions and comedy content.
Their wedding is expected to attract significant attention online, with many fans anticipating one of the biggest digital creator events of the year.
