His emotional account touched many Nigerians online and sparked prayers and support for the family.

Following the announcement of her death, several celebrities, including actress Yvonne Jegede, comedian Ali Baba, and veteran musician Daddy Showkey, expressed condolences to Fayose and his family.

The news has continued to trend on social media, with many Nigerians sending prayers and comforting messages to the grieving businessman.

Supporters described the late Mrs Fayose as a strong woman who fought bravely during her illness.
